IntelliWATCH proactively monitors the availability of your network edge devices, for example Broadband routers, critical for Internet connectivity and business continuity.
Components and Operation of IntelliWATCH
Your ICMP enabled edge devices will be added to the IntelliWATCH monitoring systems and IOC engineers will proactively monitor the devices to ensure business connectivity and continuity. IntelliWATCH systems will automatically send notifications to your engineers to alert them of access outages. IOC engineers will also receive these notifications and will contact the appropriate engineers and Internet service provider technical teams to perform initial triage and remote fix activities.
Data Collectors within the IntelliWATCH operations centre will store historic availability and response time data for trend analysis. If performance trends are identified then these will be communicated to your IT staff along with the Internet service provider.
Delivery
A skilled network technician will contact and work with your local IT staff / partner in order to ensure that the edge devices are prepared for IntelliWATCH monitoring. Once preparation has been complete, the edge devices will be added to the IntelliWATCH monitoring platform and your network availability and performance will be visible to the IOC agents.
