This provides your staff with the necessary experienced resources in order for them to embrace intelligent infrastructure planning and management for your business.
Components and Structure of IntelliSCOPE
An IntelliSCOPE VPN client will be installed onsite. The VPN client will interface with the local network in order to give monitoring and management access to the IntelliDESK technicians.
Data Collectors report real time live statistics to a team of highly skilled network technicians who will use this data to perform network trend analysis, preventative maintenance and capacity planning and who will work collaboratively with your IT staff to inform and advise where appropriate.
Delivery
A skilled network analyst will attend each site to be taken under management and monitoring and will install the appropriate IntelliSCOPE VPN client equipment and WAN circuit. The analyst will work with the local IT representative to connect the VPN client to the network infrastructure and will build a topology diagram and logical network map. This topology diagram will be used by IOC agents to build the monitoring environment and bring all components under IntelliSCOPE management.
