ITEC has a network of Authorised Service Partners (ASP's) in more than 90 countries across the globe. The ITEC ASP provides Field Service Engineers (FSE) under the remote technical guidance of the ITEC IntelliDesk Operations Centre technicians and Technical Consultants. The FSE function is required to meet engineer to site maintenance response SLA's, onsite installation activity and resident engineer functions.
ITEC selects its ASP's from best of breed organisations across the globe and certifies all ASPs to work with ITEC under its service delivery model.
